After rubbing shoulders of  friends and family for years, someone wondered if I had ever thought about getting my license...so I did and the rest is history! 

 I attended the New York School of Massage Therapy in Buffalo NY, and have been licensed since 2000.  I have continued to study under several leaders in the industry. Among the classes I have taken, my favorites are: Myoskeletal Release, Myofascial Release, Active Isolated Stretching. In my practice, I prefer to use a combination of techniques - including those previously mentioned along with Trigger Point and Deep Tissue Massage.  

When it comes to clients, I prefer to work with people that want to improve how they function on a daily basis rather than being pampered. I specialize in TMJ, headaches, neck/shoulder problems along with looking at the whole body to see what else may be causing or affecting the problem area.

When I am not working, I prefer to be outside - in the winter you may find me skiing or snowshoeing, the rest of the year, golfing, gardening, and hiking or biking on the Lehigh Trail.  I also enjoy Photography, Traveling, and spending time my grandchildren!
