Prior to that, she was part of the wellness team for nearly five years as a YogaFit trained Yoga Instructor. Gwen found the two disciplines complimented each other and her personal lifestyle.

She has certification in several massage modalities, (including Trigger point, Connective Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, Pre-Post Natal, Pediatric, and Thai) that she combines to create a unique and personal synthesis for each individual session.

Gwen has concentrated a large portion of her private practice to the geriatric population. She has advanced training with the nationally known Day-Break Geriatric Institute. Gwen is currently under contract with a local prestigious retirement village to provide their skilled-care and independent residences with personal massage care.

She is a member of American Bodywork Massage Professionals (ABMP) and certified through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB).

Gwen strives to find the clients goal toward wellness and addresses them one layer at a time. Her serene approach helps her clients’ reach their personal goals towards wellness, empowerment, and improvement.

Gwen is very professional, patient, and a great teacher! She talked me through the process of my first thai massage. It was awesome! My body felt more flexible with less tension in my neck, shoulders, and back! I am definitely returning! I'm so glad I found her!
