Cupping Methods
I took a cupping class back in 2018. I really enjoyed the experience of learning this modality. I enjoy performing it on my clients'. Cupping helps me as well I feel sore yet energized after I have it done on myself. I often recommend this treatment to my client because I can tell them firsthand about the benefits it has had on my body.
