Melaney studied massage therapy at the College of Southern Maryland, graduating in 2012. She received over 600 hours of training in anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and the practical application of massage and bodywork.  Upon graduation, Melaney started her own practice in California, MD where she worked side-by-side with chiropractor Dr. Jay Lipoff for over 5 years.
