Thailand Courses
Sunshine School of Massage- Traditional Thai Massage & Abdominal Massage. This course was to enhance my knowledge of Thai bodywork, I also learned to make and use herbal compresses. The abdominal training is amazing for digestive issues. Gua Sha with Timmy in Chaing, Mai Thailand taught me how to balance the facial tissue, and lift the skin for a renewed youthful appearance. Gua Sha for the body helps with fascial restriction & increases blood flow, and speeds healing.
Cranial Sacral 1
Educated in the 10 step protocol for Cranial Sacral treatment level 1. This is a fully clothed treatment working with still points and holding various hand positions, in order to effect change in the cerebral spinal fluid, & in the cranial and sacral regions. Very relaxing, meditation inducing. Great for anxiety, insomnia, headaches, vertigo, ear and nose blockages, as well as, many other issues. Sessions are 45-60 minutes. Best if performed in a series of 3 or more.
