I love massage. It exists in every culture and has been used as a means of physical and emotional healing for 4,000 years. As a massage therapist I am grateful to be a part of this tradition! I am excited about the cutting edge scientific explorations and knowledge of how and why our bodies respond to the various stresses of everyday life.

In my practice I embrace a slow process of listening with every sense, to recognize and attend to the needs of the body. My goal is to facilitate the creation of a relaxing atmosphere in which the individual can experience healing without resistance or discomfort.
