Kinesio Taping

I must admit, I was highly skeptical that tape was going to help me or anyone with their pain, but I was pleasantly surprised by the results. I was certified to perform Kinesio Taping in July 2016 at Rogue Community College.

Cupping Certification

Completed a course in traditional and dynamic cupping in 2016. Cupping is a fantastic tool to assist in breaking up adhesions and increasing circulation during your massage session.

Fascial Abrasion Techniques

Complete a program on Fascial Abrasion Techniques in 2018 and was certified to perform and use the F.A.T. tool system. The Fascial Abrasion Technique entails identifying, isolating, and targeting the affected area to break up scar tissue or adhesions. When combined with active and/or passive movements by the clients it is highly effective in improving mobility and proprioception.

Yoga

Yoga Teacher Training 200hr

2020 allowed me the time off to finally pursue my Yoga Teacher Training Certification. I still have much to learn and am not brave enough to teach a full size class but I'll get there some day.

Everything was perfect! Just what I needed and more. She gave the most amazing massage and the stones.....oh my I don’t think I’ll ever have a Swedish massage without the stones. That was just fantastic. The warmth of the table was cozy. The room was cute and the music was peaceful. I was in my own little beautiful world. I suggest everyone try it at least once!???????????

Amie is really skilled. She did some deep tissue massage, which I needed and appreciated. Gentle yet thorough and very effective. I felt very pampered and satisfied.

Had a hot stone massage and it was great. And I am a real fan of hand and foot massages and Amie does a wonderful job on that as well. And I really appreciate her professionalism, especially in not trying to make conversation unless I wanted to...and in making sure up front that she understood what I wanted from the massage.
