I graduated from the Naturopathic Institute of Therapies and Education in August of 2016 where I received training in therapeutic massage, Swedish massage, lymphatic massage, pregnancy massage, infant massage and reflexology. My techniques include deep tissue, trigger point, golgi & spindle, active isolated stretching and many more.

I was born and raised in Big Rapids, MI. I attended Ferris State University where I earned my Bachelors of Applied Sciences in Biology. I am the daughter of Dr. David and Alice Routley. If you are from the Mecosta area, you may recognize me as I have worked in my dad's Chiropractic office since 2008.
