I am a skilled and passionate Licensed Massage Therapist and Master Esthetician, living my dreams when I am able to share my gifts and talents with clients during wellness services and speaking engagements. I graduated from Varina High School, and earned my degree in Physical Education:  Sports Management (Health and Wellness Track), from Old Dominion University, Norfolk, VA, 2005.  After completing my paid internship with The Best Body Co., Virginia Beach, VA, as a Clinic Manager, I remaineded employed and study the crafts of wellness and earned my Basic Esthetic Licensing from the Viriginia School of Esthetics 2006.  I studied the Aveda techniques, gained my first insights to Eastern Medicine with Aromaland Aromatherapy, energy services, colonics and more.

2011, I moved to Charlotte, NC and gained employment with Om Spa:  Chiropractic and Wellness, as Lead Esthetician, along with Urban Skin Solutions Medspa and Weightloss Clinic as a Clinic Assistant and Coordinator.  I became familiaized with Dermalogica, Eminence, PCA, Image International Skincare, medical cosmetic services such as fillers, botox, laser hair removal and more.

In 2014, I earned my licensing for massage therapy from the now Lotus School of Integrated Therapies and 2016 my Master Esthetics licensing from now, Institute of Epidermal Cell Theory.  I used Massage Envy employment to study pain patterns and how massage affects the muscular tissues.  I have conferred and studied my two fields of wellness and discovered my specialties.

Providing therapeutic and relaxing massage, setting, calm, comforting ambiances and wellness experiences. My  intuitive massage includ light to firm pressures, compressions, kneading, and gliding. I perfom Neuromuscular Technique, heat therapy with steam towels, stretching, as well as Lymphatic Drainage.

My skincare treatments are customized to your current skin's conditions and natural skin type.
