I specialize in body sustainability as a certified YBR Practitioner and a Licensed Massage Therapist, My goal is to help optimize range of motion, re-educate muscle and stimulate bone, creating positive, permanent changes in the body. I hold certifications in multiple modalities and I teach workshops as well as provide private one on one instruction on body sustainability and self care to help my clients free themselves from pain and prevent injury from repetitive movements.

I am dual licensed in cosmetology as an Esthetician and Nail Artist and love to offer Spa treatments. I am a Spa Partner with the Farm House Fresh organic skincare company in McKinney TX. My menu offers monthly and seasonal treatments in Pedicure and Skincare services.
