Crystal graduated from Heritage Massage Institute in Falls Church, VA in 2005 with a certificate in Massage Therapy & Bodywork.  A 720 hour state accredited program that included Anatomy, Physiology, Kinesiology, Pathology, Swedish, Sports, Trigger Point Therapy and Deep Tissue courses.

Crystal has since then obtained my Board Certification in Massage & Bodywork and am registered with the NCBTMB.  As a nationally certified therapist, she provides many different types of massage techniques that will help to improve your physical, mental and emotional state caused by your daily stress. During the course of your massage she will use different treatment options that best suit your individual needs.

Crystal specializes in prenatal and post-partum massage. Her goal is to provide nurturing mind and body care to women before, during and after their pregnancy. To continue working with mothers after delivery Crystal obtained her certification with Infant Massage USA as a Certified Educator of Infant Massage (CEIM).   As a CEIM, I am able to enjoy educating parents and caregivers on how to massage their infants; as well as getting to share this amazing moment in their lives.
