I specialized in Swedish, Craniosacral and Trigger Point. I’m currently working to earn my Craniosacral Therapy Certification with Upledger Institute.
Much of my life has been devoted to the service or others. I’ve worked in a nursing home as a certified nurse’s aide, worked as a security officer, and served in the military.
While navigating through my own personal health problems with chronic pain, multiple surgeries, and liver damage, I decided that western medicine was no longer the answer. That’s when I discovered holistic methods and the power of touch to help with my health problems. Through healthier lifestyle choices, Craniosacral Therapy, and chiropractic care I was able to find my natural self-healing process within. I’m now a new woman, enjoying life and thriving to help others find their inner physician, while guiding them on the road to their own total natural body healing. I truly believe that this is my calling as a Licensed Massage Therapist.
In addition to owning Balanced Healing Massage, I also makes weighted blankets. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Healthcare Management. I have been a volunteer for Boy Scouts of America since 2011 and have served as an Assistant Scoutmaster for our troop since 2015. I love to spend time with my family in the outdoors, watching movies, and reading in my free time.
