I am a native Canadian, fluent in both French & English.  I relocated to the US with my husband back in 1997 and started a family in the McHenry County area.


I felt a calling to help both women and me through integrative medicine.  After 19 years of being out of school, I made the bold move to take a journey in the field of Massage Therapy.  I graduated from Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy in September of 2010 and became a Nationally Certified & Licensed Massage Therapist in November of 2...

I suffered with chronic pain for years.  Throughout my healing journey I discovered that bodywork is a crucial tool in over coming pain & dysfunctional patterns.  My passion is to help you correct & rebalance your body.

Each session is tailored to your needs. I incorporate a fusion or integrative approaches, advanced breath work techniques along with bodywork modalities to deliver lasting results.
