Alex is a Licensed Massage Therapist who graduated from Cortiva Institute School of Massage Therapy. Her Massage Specialties include, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Cupping, Active Release Technique, Sports Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Raindrop Therapy, Pregnancy, Hot Stones, and Cold Stone Face Therapy. 


Alex is a Certified Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master Teacher and has been actively teaching and working with energy since 2018. For the last 2 years she has been going through an extensive Shamanic Apprenticeship and is absolutely excited to see how these two spiritual modalities continue to evolve together within her practice. Alex has spent the last 5 years expanding herself as an individual and her business through deep inner healing work, committed daily mindful practice and high level mentorship. By sharing her practices, teachings and experiences; Alex strives to help others achieve their wellness goals, along with true happiness within and without.
