Hanna believes in a holistic care model and supports her clients journey to form healthy habits. Good sleep, a healthy diet, clean water, and everyday stress management, can be the best health care insurance. When we create the right conditions to activate our parasympathetic nervous system, our bodies are allowed to do what they are meant to do: heal themselves. Hanna will encourage you to breathe deeply and reach new levels of relaxation. She will "listen" with her hands and heart, working gently, efficiently, and deeply, to find the places that need attention, space, movement and light. Hanna was born in a small town, on the South Dakota plains, and has been deeply influenced by the serenity of nature. The vast open space of the prairie has always been in her heart. It has taught her that great wonders are revealed through stillness and presence. Hanna now lives in the Driftless region, of Southwest Wisconsin, with her husband and two house rabbits. She loves gardening, hiking, traveling, cooking, and learning new things. |

Hanna is an excellent and professional massage therapist and is very knowledgeable as far as how to treat specific areas of pain in your body though massage therapy. I’ve had 2 back surgeries and have seen Hanna regularly on a monthly basis to keep my back healthy. She listens to what your issues are each time and is great in focusing you massage on your specific problem areas. I’ve been very happy with the treatment I’ve received from Hanna over the last couple of years! I would highly recommend Hanna!
