In 2020 Elena began her Massage career as a Cortiva graduate, and quickly went on to become a certified Medical Massage Practitioner (MMP), that specializes in Therapeutic Massage. Each massage is unique to the client's tolerance and needs on that day. Elena incorporates the use of (IASTM) Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization; guasha, cups, liniments, essential oils, percussion gun, trigger point devices, weighted blanket, contrast therapy, warm and cold stone massage, Sports Massage, stretching, and most recently became an ACE certified Medi-Cupping™ Massage Therapist.

Elena's unique massage career blossomed from her inherent knowledge of architecture and ergonomics. After 20+ years of being a tenacious designer and admin extraordinaire, like many people, she suffered from chronic headaches and back pain due to whiplash and poor posture from enduring working in office environment with poor ergonomics.  Massage became the stepping stone that helped her realize the similarities between the structure of a building and the structure of the body. 

Massage Cupping is the tool that saved Elena many moons ago. Vacuum Cupping as a massage tool  creates decompression, also known as a Myofascial Release, by lifting the skin up off the muscle tissue to create a bit of space like a "tent." Within this opening or separation, fresh blood and oxygen to flow through and push out the bad toxins, "Like a flash flood in the desert" and help ultimately create longer lasting pain relief. 

“Tensegrity” – popularized by Architecture Master, Buckminster Fuller, utilizes the concept of triangulated structures; later it was discovered by Dr. Barnes, that Fascia is a tough connective tissue that surrounds the entire body. It's a three-dimensional web that connects from head to toe without interruption. "Myo"is short for Myofascial Release.
