I am a professionally licensed and certified practitioner of massage therapy in the state of Michigan.

I received my certificate for Therapeutic Massage from the Lansing Community College in the spring of 2011.  Working professionally for over 5 years has taught me to tune in with my clients and choose the best possible massage for them, both for therapy and relaxation.  LCC's training in Swedish, Sports, and Myofascial massage, as well as Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, and Positional Release have helped me create my own style of massage therapy.

My practice is focused primarily on a deep tissue modality called Trigger Point Therapy, while incorporating a smooth Swedish touch in order to feel less invasive and give a more relaxing massage.  Each massage is goal oriented and every session is individually tailored to best meet my clients' needs.
