I joined the Army when I was 17 and was shipped to Iraq in 2003, entering battle as a Calvary Scout.  Nine months after arriving in Iraq, my company was hit with an IED explosion.  I had severe injuries, including a collapsed lung, a right wrist crush injury, and many torn ligaments and tendons.  I spent almost 6 years in recovery and continue to have chronic pain.  Massage therapy has been very beneficial in pain management and maintaining range of motion.  This led me to studying massage therapy at La James College in Mason City, Iowa, graduating in 2021.  


My main focus is trigger point therapy, focusing on tight muscle tissues causing pain throughout the body.  This also releases endorphins, serotonin and dopamine, giving you a sense of well-being and reduced anxiety.  

Other areas of focus include Swedish massage, pregnancy massage, post pregnancy massage, hot stone massage, cupping, effleurage, face/scalp massage, reflexology massage, sports massage, aromatherapy, Reki, Shiatsu, Chakras, Lymphatic Drainage, Hydrotherapy, stretching and range of motion.
