My name is Sarah Catrow. I founded Parasimple Massage Therapy and Yoga upon graduation of the Massage Therapy Program at James Rumsey Technical Institute in Martinsburg, WV in 2015. I am a credentialed Medical Massage Practitioner and an Associate of Applied Science. I am certified in Active-Assisted Stretching, TheragunPro percussive therapy and 200-hour yoga. I practice a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Manual Therapy, Myofascial, and Muscle Energy Techniques. ...
