Born and raised in The Hudson Valley of NY, Rachel grew up in a very large family and a mother that was an R.N. her whole life. Being raised medically aware and having a passion for helping others, she moved to Baltimore in 2006 where she attended The Baltimore School of Massage. Having studied Massage Therapy, Asian Theory, and Shiatsu, Rachel honed her skills working with all ages and demographics. In 2012 she went back to school earning a AA in Fitness, Health, Recreation, and Leisure studies where Rachel took a variety of heath and fitness courses as well as Anatomy and Physiology I & II. After working in a couple spas she started her own massage business named Natural Relief Massage and Body Products, choosing the name because of the belief that Massage Therapy allows people to find relief from aches and pains naturally, without drugs or unhealthy methods.
