Massage has been part of my life since I was a child. I actually was given money in elementary school to massage family and friends. When I was 20 years old I received my first professional massage and it was a wonderful experience: the massage was fabulous, the atmosphere was calming and a special client / therapist bond was formed. While I was in the prone position on the massage table I said to myself, " I want to do this...". The following week I signed up at The National Holistic Institute and graduated in 1998 as a Certified Massage Therapist. I love to give a massage that brings deep comfort to aches and pains because the body opens up, energy flows, and the world is better!
Last year, I became an esthetician and I am folding facials into my practice. I enjoy balancing the skin with chemicals from plants, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants to beautify and strengthen the skin barrier.
Over the years I have learned the importance of Holistic Health and that people are a sum of their experiences and lifestyle and with that simple knowledge I believe there is the power to bring balance into our mind, body, and spirit by making healthy decisions on what we eat, how we move and what we think.
