I can help the traveler who has spent hours sitting in the car or on a plane. I have run many marathons myself, and understand the thought that the fear of injuries could potentially keep you out of the race, or the sports injuries that keep you out of the game. Massage can get the Triathlete or the runner back into the race! Communication along with massage and active isolated stretching can help get you back into the race and at the top of your game  I understand that each client has different needs.. Some need pain relief, some need injury prevention and some just need a peaceful, quiet place to come to to end their hectic day. Dee provided the best experience in a massage I've ever experienced. I can't wait to get back. do some heavy lifting at work, so it was great to relax and get all of the tension out. her setup is unique in that it's a heated table, and the room smells like refreshing peppermint essential oil. both very relaxing. it was close to Christmas day, so there was some easy listening instrumental christmas music playing during the session. a nice touch. again look forward to coming back real soon.
