I also integrate Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils (diffusing and topically) stretching and Polarity Therapy into my sessions to further deepen relaxation and bring balance to the body.
I graduated from the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 2004 and worked in the area for 5 years before returning home and starting my practice in Marquette, Michigan.
Massage Therapy is something that I am very passionate about and I absolutely love what I do! My ultimate goal is to provide my clients with a great experience and to educate them about their body and the importance of using massage therapy as a tool for ultimate health (I call it "Maintenance".)
Furthering my education is something that I believe is extremely important! I have attended many continuing education classes and massage conventions. Education is key to bettering my craft and in turn I can offer more to my clients.
Beginning in October 2018 I will be continuing my studies through the California College of Ayurveda to further my knowlege in holistic healing and obtain my Ayurvedic Health Counseling Certification.
