Jennifer is a graduate of Anthem Institute in Jersey City, New Jersey.  She has has been activity practicing massage therapy and body work since 2013. Her primary practice is in sports therapy, deep tissue massage with trigger point therapy, range of motion and stretching.  During the summer and fall Jennifer can be found working with the New York Giants assisting the athletes in recovery to improve their performance and health. In her career as a licensed massage therapist, she has taken continuing education after graduation and has received certifications in frozen shoulder, lower back pain, asthma and massage, hot stone and prenatal massage.  As a massage therapist not only does she focus on the surrounding painful area and muscle group but she seeks to determine and treat the root of the problem so that the client can achieve their optimal health. Jennifer is a firm believer that everybody’s body needs a massage.
