     I'm a licensed Massage Therapist with a background in Nursing. I am skilled in many types of Therapeutic Massage techniques used to treat pain, tightness, and stress. I specialize in disorders of the head, neck, shoulder and back. 

     I am especially interested in Myofascial Release, a gentle technique, that works by decreasing tension in the muscle as well as surrounding fascia, to increase ease of movement and decrease pain and tightness!

I address this by educating my clients on proper deep breathing during their sessions as well as using soft lighting, aromatherapy, relaxing music and a table warmer. This in turn activates the Parasympathetic Nervous System, which has many benefits to your health and feelings of well-being!
