In 2013 I experience a Sciatic Nerve pain so harsh an ambulance had to pick me up. I was informed after receiving shots of pain medicine and muscle relaxers to receive regular massages to minimize my sciatic nerve pain before it is triggered. This pain is so intense it's unbelievable. I also realize when we touch we are touched!
