Using a variety of massage techniques, I personalize each session for you and your goals to encourage your body to heal itself. Therapeutic techniques assist you in pain and injury management, athletic performance recovery and maintenance and stress relief, or relaxation.

My education at Atlanta School of Massage instilled a variety of massage techniques, such as Swedish, Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), PNF Stretching and Orthopedic assessment & treatment plans with before and after treatment to increase your Range of Motion and aide in recovery. I was also introduced to Myofascial Release (MFR), Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage and Thai Massage. I am certified in hand & foot Reflexology, Hot & Cold Stone Massage, Geriatric Massage and Reiki. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer, which can be added to our sessions.

I became passionate about massage over the years when I saw the changes it instilled in my own body with my scoliosis. I look forward to helping you with your short-term and long-term wellness goals.
