You're one massage away from a great day!!

I've been a Massage Therapist since 2009, a graduate from Atlanta School of Massage. I quickly found my first massage job at a wonderful spa and salon in Marietta, Three-13 salon and spa. Since starting my career I've also accomplished my esthetics and nail technicians licenses as well. Having these 3 licenses has helped me take care of my clientele in multiple ways, but my love and passion has always been massage! Since graduating I've expanded my massage repertoire, and my skills now expand into reflexology, deep tissue/neuromuscular therapies, craniosacral therapies, pregnancy massage, oncology therapies, aromatherapy, advanced upper body techniques, chair massage, trigger point therapy, and lymphatic drainage. I love learning about massage, the human body amazes me and manipulating it to work at it's best for you is my passion!

Neuromuscular

It's a specialized form of deep tissue massage in which digital pressure and friction are used to release areas of strain in the muscle. These areas of strain are called tender or trigger points and are the cause of muscular pain symptoms.

Reflexology

Recent educational course with Claire Marie Miller in August '18. "Integrative Reflexology® is a four-theory approach to reflexology. Structural Alignment Theory, Zone Theory, Meridian Theory and Psychoneuroimmunology Theory each serve as a different lens for understanding how reflexology works and how we can view the body in a holistic way, honoring its complexity. This approach creates space for the body’s innate wisdom to provide the healing offered through an Integrative Reflexology® session." -Claire Marie Miller

Therapeutic Touch

Oncology massage training from Atlanta School of Massage in 2016. Essential aspects of an oncology massage therapist's skill set are an informed understanding of the disease itself and the many ways it can affect the human body; the side effects of cancer treatments, such as medications, surgery, chemotherapy and radiation; and the ability to modify massage techniques in order to adapt for these side effects, as well as for the disease.

Pregnancy

Massage therapy performed during pregnancy can reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pains, and improve labor outcomes and newborn health.

Craniosacral Therapy

This is a gentle, non-invasive, hands-on healing modality that focuses on the wave-like rhythmic pulse that flow through the entire body. This therapy stems from osteopathy, which is an approach that emphasizes the role of the musculoskeletal system in health and disease. The goal of craniosacral therapy is to help get rid of restrictions in this system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system.
