For more information website: www.handinhandmassage.com Educated in England, Israel and America, Monique worked as an therapist after receiving her MA in Expressive Therapies in 1989, and became a massage therapist in 1991. She has taught at a number of massage schools in New England, served in the Israeli Defense Forces, was a senior instructor at Impact, Model Mugging of Boston (a national self-defense program), is certified by the National Women's Martial Arts Federation as a self-defense instructor, earned a black belt in Kali, and in 1998 was inducted into the World Martial Arts Hall of Fame. In 2004 she and her husband moved to Marblehead where they had their award-winning massage business until 2016 when they closed their business and traveled for 3 years. They returned in 2019, moved to Nahant in 2021 and began their art ventures, Vignette Graphica.
