Clothed services include chair massage, some myofascial techniques, Reiki, stretching, compressions, pressure points and so much more! The quality of the massage is never compromised!


Techniques and Training: 


Carrie completed the 600-hour The Healing Arts Center and graduated with honors. Additionally, she is training to be a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner through the Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute’s 3-year program.

She is currently trained in Swedish massage, Trigger point therapy, pressure point therapy, stretching, Reiki, chair massage, deep touch and myofascial release.

Every time I am lucky enough to have a massage with Carrie, it’s a very healing experience. She creates an environment where I feel totally comfortable to express my needs and trust they will be honored with deep care and respect. She tailors each massage to be exactly what I need, which in my experience is all too rare among massage therapists. She is incredibly talented and I feel soooo grateful to have found her. I lived in San Francisco for twenty years where massage therapists and body workers are abundant, and I never found anyone as supportive and therapeutic as Carrie.
