Excellent massage therapist. Jim is both skillful and intuitive. He released a great deal of tension in me. After the appointment I felt very relaxed; the day after I felt quite energized. Very pleased to recommend him.

I've been having shoulder pain for the past year. After a session with Jim, I can honestly say that i leave pain free. However, the pain returns the next day. But, he gives a day of relief. So very grateful for his skill/gift.

Relaxing experience with good pressure especially on the troubled areas that have trigger points and increased tension. Jim mentioned improved muscle tone to areas he focused on last time. I appreciate the progress. Massage is a healthy way to spend 90 minutes taking good care of yourself.

I always get an excellent massage at Elev8 Massage Therapy. Jim is highly skilled at knowing the right amount of pressure to use and where the knots are in my muscles. The ambience is warm and cozy and I always feel great when I leave. I highly recommend Elev8 Massage!!
