I also have certifications is Touch as Compassionate care which is geared towards more elderly and those with autism. I also am certified in Lymphatic, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, Ashiatsu bar, Swedish, Reiki I, Prenatal, Cranio-sacral, PNMT, and Hydrotherapy. I am very passionate about what I do and I am very close to my work and those I work on. I love being able to give relief and help others to make lifestyle changes that don't include daily pain and educating and muscle strength and health. I love to make people feel better and smile and I love to help increase thier quality in life through pain relief!

One of the best decisions of my life was to make an appointment for a massage with Stephane'. I have been going to her at least once a month for several years and I can honestly say I've always had a great experience. Not only is Stephane' knowledgeable and skilled in her craft, but is also an absolute joy to talk to during the the session. There has never been a knot too deep for her to work out, all while being engaged in meaningful, intelligent conversation. 10 stars out of 5, Highly recommended!!

I can explain what's bothering me in the poorest terms and Stephane` understands exactly what I need, what probably caused it, and how to prevent or manage it in the future. Deep tissue hurts, but it's so worth it! Highly recommended!
