I went on to establish La Belle Vie - Therapeutic Massage because I wanted to create a relaxing and comfortable environment where I can help people heal on a multitude of levels- physically, mentally and spiritually.

A profound experience in the ways that touch can effect a person is what moved me to become a massage therapist. I genuinely care about each person that walks through my door and my goal is to see you well. If I cannot help you or if your issue is beyond my scope of practice, I will refer you to another professional who can.

Sara gives an outstanding massage/therapy using a medium to firm touch when treating painful areas, and a light to medium touch when giving a relaxing treatment. You won't regret booking an appointment with her.

Sara is excellent! First of all, she gives a full 90-minute massage, unlike others who talk for 5-10 minutes, let you change for 5 minutes, then give you a 75-minute massage when you paid for 90! You get what you pay for with Sara! Her touch is excellent, as firm or as gentle as you like. I prefer a softer rub and she did it perfectly! Very skilled! Highest recommendation!
