My love for massage therapy was discovered when I was 15 years old when I began working for a chiropractor who helped correct a soccer injury of mine. She trusted me with her patients and taught me how powerful our bodies truly are. I continued to work in conjunction with chiropractors throughout my upbringing. Practicing massage therapy for over ten years now, I specialize in deep tissue, myofacscial and sports massage. 


In that time, I have found it most advantageous for my clients to work with them in their environment. Not only is it nice for my clients to roll off the table and just be in their element directly after the massage but it is informative for me, as a therapist, to see their environment and how they function within that space. When I moved to Connecticut, going to my clients was also a great way for me to discover my new surroundings. 

Currently, I serve the greater Hartford are and have an office in Manchester, CT for my clients to utilize as well. 

I still enjoy playing soccer as often as possible, in addition to volunteering on a farm and hiking with my dog.
