Rachel definitely knows her stuff, and I would recommend her to anyone seeking post-operative massage therapy. She helped me "break through" to a lot more comfort following rotator cuff surgery and months of just physical therapy.

I was in a tremendous amount of pain for a week and Rachel was able to break up everything and allow me to move freely with out any sharp pains throughout my back and neck.

The only thing I would have changed was the ambiance. Massage was done at the massage school and other students were loud and unprofessional. Rachel was very professional and kept her cool despite both our irritation with the other students. The massage itself was incredible. Amazing deep tissue massage. Not many people have the strength to do what Rachel was able to do. She has a deep understanding of the human body and how to release tension where she finds it. She was in tune with my breathing and helped me relax in areas that were particularly tight. I will 100% be having more Rachel Bellone massages! She's the real deal!
