Laura is a Licensed Kriya™ Massage Therapist, licensed in 2010.  She completed the NH 750 hour program at DoveStar Institute. Her focus of study was in Kriya™ massage, neuromuscular, deep joint work and reflexology. Since then, her continuing education has focused on working with the fascia and the muscles, muscle energy techniques, myofascial release, and positional release, along with learning to work deeply within the muscles while still providing a relaxing and therapeutic experience.

 Laura believes that to release muscle tension effectively, it’s essential to encourage a state of relaxation rather than subjecting the muscles to the continued trauma of forceful techniques. She is dedicated to facilitating the innate healing abilities of each client and continues to expand her knowledge with advanced techniques to support that process.

A wellness session with Laura may include stretching, joint mobilization, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, positional release, deep joint work, neuromuscular techniques, education, and personalized suggestions to enhance overall well-being.

It is Laura’s mission to assist in improving her clients health and enhance their well-being. She believes that massage revitalizes our most precious resources for physical, mental, and emotional health.
