I have always been told not to get massages due to my Lyme Disease but Jeff knew where to touch and where not to touch. He also was great at adjusting certain areas to a lighter touch.ill definitely be back

I always find my flexibility much improved, my muscles much more relaxed, and my spirits lifted after a session with Jeff. He is a master at finding the tight spots and working them out. As he does his dynamic work, I often feel a satisfying pop as he gets something back into alignment. Hearing about the Swedish gymnastics work, I was a little nervous before my first session years ago that this might be painful or throw something off, but he reassured me, and he was right. He is attentive to the amount of pressure I am ready for. He is the better at doing this than any therapist I have had, and I will often go to him as I feel my back tightening and getting ready to go out or before or after a lot of driving.
