I know that feeling good and feeling healthy is important to everyone, and by helping to relieve pain or discomfort or even just to remove the stressors of the day with my hands seemed like something I could do, would like to do, and is a service I am happy to provide. 

I am a fully Licensed and Insured Massage Therapist in the State of New Hampshire. I specialize in Swedish Massage, Reflexology, and Deep Tissue Massage. I am also a Level 1 Reiki  Practitioner and a CranioSacral Therapy Practitioner.
