"I was drawn to the field of massage therapy almost four years ago after experiencing a health crisis of my own. In the year 2009, I suffered a neck injury, resulting in migraines and chronic pain that crippled my daily activities. It was not until I received my first Spinal Reflex Therapy massage two years later that I was able to manage my pain successfully, giving new meaning to my life.

I have always been intrigued by the holistic health approach, so naturally, I sought to learn the skills I needed to be best healer I could possibly be. I believe it is my purpose and my mission to share my experience of therapeutic massage with others and help them to live more of their days pain-free.

I graduated from the Northern Virginia Community College Massage Therapy Program in December of 2012 and received my license in the state of Virginia in August 2013. My technique is mainly a combination of deep tissue and neuromuscular techniques. I have received additional training in Spinal Reflex Therapy and am also certified to perform Pre-Natal, Basic Thai, and Hot Stone Massage. My client base consists mainly of those with chronic pain, pre-/post-surgical cases, and athletic rehabilitation & performance.

Besides my passion in therapeutic massage, I am a 4x Nationally Qualified NPC Bikini competitor. Becoming an athlete has given me a deeper understanding of what my clients experience, helping me to serve them better. It also led me into the world of nutrition and how it could be used to cure a variety of ailments. In February 2014, I became a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist and still today, I continue to study the healing effects of food."
