My first massage transformed my perspective on what our bodies are capable of and what an incredible power it has to heal itself. I’ve dabbled in the world of bodywork since my first massage as a teenager. It was a hobby for me until a dose of reality hit.  I decided I would never be fulfilled working at a desk job and I am much more of a people person. Switching gears I moved to Denver to attend the Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy and dove deep into bodywork.  Massage Therapy has been the most rewarding career and I haven’t looked back. 

I love working with clients and being a part of their journey to finding relief and providing blissful relaxation.  Taking time for ourselves and tuning into what our bodies are feeling can be a much needed reset!

Deep tissue is a style I have gravitated towards as it provides clients with instantaneous relief and much needed release.  I also combine mayo facial release and trigger point therapy into my practice.  These modalities blended together provide a unique massage experience that will hopefully leave you floating after our session.
