Jamie Della offers Reiki, integrative massage, and energy work. Jamie's massages incorporate Swedish massage therapy: effleurage (long smooth strokes), petrissage (kneading, rolling, and lifting), friction (wringing or small circular movements), tapotement (percussion), and vibration (rocking and shaking movements). 

Jamie received her massage therapy training from Bill Mueller, a founder of Esalen​ Massage®, a nurturing massage that integrates form, energy, structure and soul, and Mueller College.  She has worked at massage studios, chiropractic offices, gyms and a private practice. Jamie is an author, potter, AirBnB hostess and leads rituals that explore our connection with earth and the magic that surrounds us.
