I've been working as a Licensed Massage Therapist for the last 4 years.  I graduated from the College of Massage Therapy at Bingham Memorial Hospital at the top of my class.  I love helping people feel better and take care of their bodies.  I spent my first 3 years working with physicians, physical therapists, and chiropractors and continue to work with my favorite physical therapist (my husband) in our private practice in rural Malta, Idaho.

Liz is amazing. She knows how to find those exact spots that are bothering me. I have problems with my sciatic nerve and neck. She works the knots out and stretches the tight muscles on my sciatic nerve. Her cupping and hot rocks and deep massage feel amazing. I could not manage the pain without her. Thank You Liz for the amazing job you do.
