Rebecca is an experienced healthcare provider: first, as an occupational therapist and more recently, as a licensed massage therapist. She offers client-focused therapeutic massages individually tailored to address both relaxation and physical needs for decreased pain, improved posture, flexibility, and a sense of well-being. Her insight and knowledge enables her to “fuse” and harmonize her professional skills creating custom therapeutic interactions. Her extensive experience as an occupational therapist facilitates her ability to match a client’s self-care bodywork program with daily living activities.
Rebecca provides a range of massage and bodywork approaches including Swedish massage, myofascial release, cupping, and trigger point interventions. As a devoted lifelong learner, she continues to integrate new techniques into her daily practice.
Rebecca practices taiji and qigong. She enjoys summer water aerobics, kayaking and restorative yoga.
