I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 6 years. Primarily working in therapeutic and clinic settings, with a focus on pain management and improving structural imbalances for my clients. I studied Swedish and Therapeutic Massage at Parkland College, graduating in 2013. Since then my practice has grown to incorporate skills in Postural Alignment Therapy, Myofascial Release, Alexander Technique principles, Deep Tissue and Precision work. I have experience in treating tension headaches, migraines, shoulder impingement, hip immobility, low back pain, wrist pain, sciatica and plantar fasciitis--to name a few! 

I tailor each session to your individual needs and work toward finding your ideal care plan in order to reach the best results. My goal as a therapist is to help you achieve your best quality of life, so that you can live the life you want to.

Kayla asks specific questions to get a detailed response on the injury to be treated. Her demeanor is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Very competent. Her description of recommended treatments and her approach to therapy display her commitment, knowledge and skill level. Kayla is also very personable and friendly.
