REVIEWS for my massage services

My therapist did not listen to my request. He was a nice guy but really missed the mark in doing what I asked. I asked for the majority of the massage to be for my neck and back and knees. He spent about an hour on my knees(area - both sides ) and the last 10 minutes on my back. Super disappointed because my back is still in need of a massage. I had to ask him for more pressure a couple of times and the last 20 minutes it seemed like he gave out because I could feel his hands shake. He also fumbled a lot with his lotion/oil dispenser. He did that a few times. It definitely disrupted the mood. I realize he was a student ... I would give that a C- Also - he didn’t speak to me after - normally the therapist would give you water and ask how it was etc. I never saw him after he finished.

Ryan was great! They did a great job on my forearms and shoulders, which I didn't even know were so tight. Ryan was pleasant and professional for sure, but also felt he was present and in the room! I am not particularly chatty when getting massages and I didn't feel like Ryan was trying to get us to talk more than what happened organically, which felt good. Felt like I could just relax and enjoy. The only thing I would have changed (and I don't even know if it's allowed or if it's brighter on purpose, so this may not even be possible) but I would have maybe dimmed the lights in the massage room a little bit. Other than that, wonderful!
