I think the young lady was very friendly she was very professional she made me feel very comfortable unfortunately she just did not do what I asked her to do I told her I had a lot of attention and problem areas in my shoulders and I'd like a lot of pressure in those areas and that really wasn't done until the last 10 minutes or so of the massage. Overall she did okay and I will be back.
