"You are the truth, from foot to brow." -Rumi
I believe in listening to the body, whether it's whispering or throwing a big ol' tantrum. It is the only possession we can be assured of keeping our entire lives and so deserves our utmost care and attention.
I have studied bodies both clinically and holistically and am thrilled to now begin working with them through massage. I do relaxation, therapeutic, and deep tissue work and have experience in working with/around injuries.

I always leave an appointment with Andrea feeling better than I did before I went. She is great at adapting for whatever I need that day and I love all the modalities she brings to the table, adjusting for what's right for that moment in time.

Andrea is amazing--she's strong and confident in her abilities, as she should be. I knew instantly she was talented because I was able to tell her where I was sore and she intuitively read my body to figure out what needed to be done. I highly recommend Andrea with no hesitation.
