Craniosacral Therapy
Currently in the process of a four class craniosacral program. Craniosacral is the manipulation of facia vial the skull, sacrum and body to release restrictions of the dura matter. The release of these restriction aid in a better craniosacral fluid flow & also releasing facial restrictions throughout the body.
Thai Massage
Thai 1 & Thai 2 workshop intensives that explore stretching and opening the body, while also working with Thai energy meridians. I now incorporate Thai massage techniques into my table massage.
Trigger Point Therapy
After being introduced to trigger points and their effectiveness in school, I went on to self educate for 12 years and continue to do so. I am constantly impressed by the magic of trigger points that bring release of pain and increased range of movement. I hope to one day teach trigger point classes.
