In my bodywork practice, I use light touch therapies that are gentle and work in the deeper systems of the body. I acknowledge that we are more than our physical selves and work holistically in a client centered approach. When receiving regular CST people experience a shift in their bodies toward better all-around health which is comforting to the individual and very rewarding as a therapist.

I can’t believe I’ve waited this long to try Cranial Sacral Therapy. Many of my symptoms that have lingered for some time have improved with only my first appointment. I’m very excited to see where it can go from here. I also really enjoyed Candace and her office. It was an inviting, comfy atmosphere. She was very professional and really knows her stuff. I can’t wait to send people I know to her!
