I began my journey into bodywork as a performer and theatre artist. My fascination with the body deepened as I studied dance, Anne Bogart’s Viewpoints, Meyerhold’s Biomechanics, Chekhov’s exercises, LaBan’s effort shapes, and finally therapeutic massage. My love of learning keeps me listening and searching. It is my greatest strength. Currently I teach Therapeutic Massage at Madison College, work with clients at my massage practice Abundance, and lead theatre and movement workshops at Threshold.
